Being the owner of a car dealership definitely has its perks. Having first crack at any car traded in to us is way up there towards the top. This particular vehicle I admittedly do not know how long has been in his possession. I do know that it has been sitting in one of our storage garages collecting dust for the past 5 years. It was just recently pulled out of storage and moved up to our detail facility for tune up / carb repair and a full detail.
This is a first year 1979 RX-7 with 4051 original miles on it. The interior and exterior (minus the thick layer of dust) are pretty much flawless. It looks as if the car was driven off a showroom and into storage.
I took a few photos of it since I figured there would be some others who would appreciate it as well. Never know what you'll find hidden away at a subie dealership.

Sure beats the shit out of that "barn find" 1980 we had in here last month. Thing had 60k on it and was rusty as FUCK underneath. Had those same smexy wheels tho.

The owner of the Honda dealership near me has a pristine RX7 stored away as well. I saw it being worked on when my mom went in for service.
